Position : Appointment Setter (100%Remote)
Our customer is looking to hire a highly motivated remote worker to be part of a growing commercial insurance brokerage located out of California, USA. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week. You will be primarily responsible for cold calling and setting up appointments with contractors interested in business insurance policies such as workers compensation insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to contractor businesses and qualify those that are interested in a new workers compensation insurance policy or changing their existing workers compensation policies

- Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls a day.
- Help navigate the process and benefits of changing insurance policies with the lead
- Schedule and manage appointments for interested leads with closer (insurance agent)
- You will be responsible for setting up systems and processes to improve sales, lead generation and implementing a new CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/cold calling experience with US-based businesses
- Previous experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent phone skills in building a rapport with the lead
- Familiarity with Sales CRM Software and other tools
- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
- Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Must have a hunger and drive to be successful
- Independent and able to think outside of the box to solve problems
- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results
- You must be reliable and show up on time.
Payment:
- Base monthly salary is $1200 USD
- You are eligible to receive commissions based on number of appointments set every month
- Bonus compensation is expected to be $50 USD plus per each client that ends up closing up to an additional 1% of total annual premium
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm PDT (Monday through Friday)
